In February 1991, Founder and Overseer Sharonda Stewart heard the Voice of God calling her to be a instrument in His Hand for/to His Body. In March 1994, she started a Women's Bible Study at her work place (Navy Annex in Arlington, VA) that is still going strong till this day. In July 1996, Pastor Sharonda started teaching and ministering to a small bible study group from the Navy Annex Bible Study that was hungry for the Word of God. Little by little, the ministry grew and doors began to open for the demands of the ministry of Jesus Christ in His people. She now serve as senior pastor at Visionary Christian Fellowship in Riverdale, Maryland and ministers His Glory to the local community and as well as to the world.

S&S Ministries, Inc. is a Non-Profit Organization. Our mission, vision and goal is to "SET THE WORLD ON FIRE FOR GOD". (1) To serve and to witness God's LOVE for His people everywhere, through our FAITH in the Lord Jesus Christ and the POWER of His Spirit. (2) We are committed to teaching and training in righteousness, that would lead the believer to the knowledge and understanding of God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. So, the CHURCH as a whole (the Body of Christ) may grow and mature in the fullness of Christ for the Kingdom of God. And (3) to minister deliverance and healing to His people - displaying the fruit and gifts of the Holy Spirit in all areas, for His GLORY.
